By purchasing, downloading, or using Tsundere, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Tsundere for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the software or any part of it.

3. Intended Use

Tsundere is designed and intended for legitimate purposes only, including but not limited to: teachers managing student devices in educational environments, employers monitoring employee workstations in corporate settings, IT administrators managing remote systems, and authorized security research and penetration testing with proper consent.

This software is NOT made to be used maliciously or for any unauthorized access to systems you do not own or have explicit permission to manage. You are solely responsible for how you use the software and must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. The developers assume no liability for misuse.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not offered once the software has been delivered.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.

6. Updates

Software updates may be provided at our discretion. Monthly subscribers receive updates for the duration of their subscription. Lifetime license holders receive all future updates at no additional cost.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms, including but not limited to redistributing the software or sharing your account.

8. Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use at your own risk.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
